Contact LAVILASH for Eyelash Extension Supplies & Support
At LAVILASH, we dispatch same-day for all orders placed before 12PM (Sydney AEST).
We partner directly with Australia Post and hand over parcels straight to their sorting facility for fast, reliable service.
Priority Processing is available as an optional upgrade. Orders placed before 3PM with Priority are packed first and included in same-day dispatch.
All Express Post parcels begin tracking as soon as they arrive at the depot.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Sydney & Major Metro Areas: Next business day
- Regional & Remote Areas: 2–3 business days
- Regular Post: 2–8 business days (business hours only)
Looking for urgent lash supplies? We're working on launching a same-day delivery option for Sydney metro — stay tuned for updates (cut-off times will apply).
Once your parcel is lodged, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track or redirect your delivery using the Australia Post app for more flexibility.
At LAVILASH, we want you to love what you order. Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on eyelash extension products unless they are faulty. If you believe you've received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number, along with clear photos + videos.
Refunds or store credits are issued at our discretion once the return is approved. All products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

We stand by the quality of all LAVILASH products, including adhesives, eyelash extensions, tweezers, and aftercare. If a product arrives defective or doesn’t meet our performance standards, please contact us with proof of purchase and supporting images/videos.
Warranty does not cover products damaged by improper storage, incorrect use, or delays in opening adhesives beyond recommended timeframes. We encourage all lash artists to follow correct storage and usage guidelines to ensure the best experience.
LAVILASH uses secure, encrypted checkout systems to keep your personal and payment details safe. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay for added flexibility.
Your data is never shared or stored without consent, and all transactions are processed using PCI-compliant gateways. If you ever notice an issue or suspicious charge, please reach out to us immediately.
