Whether you're ordering Premade Lash Trays, Lash Adhesives, Lash Tweezers or a complete range of Wholesale Lash Supplies, we're committed to dispatching your order quickly, securely and with full tracking from our Sydney warehouse.

All orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
Australia Wide Shipping
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking provided once your parcel has been lodged.
To receive tracking notifications, please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly during checkout.
Same day dispatch:
Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same business day.
Orders received after 12:00 pm are dispatched the following business day.
During major sale events, public holidays and promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
If you're ordering lash adhesives or need your lash supplies urgently, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout.
Lash adhesives ordered on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid this product from being held in conditions that could spoil.

Standard Post: 2 to 5 business days
Express Post: 1 to 3 business days
Timeframes are estimates only and can vary based on location and Australia Post network delays (aka busy holiday and sale periods). Once your tracking is updated, you'll receive a more accurate delivery date.

The following shipping rates are applied at checkout:
Standard Post: 2 to 5 business days
- Orders up to $160 = $12.95
- Orders $161+ = Free
Express Post: 1 to 3 business days
- Orders up to $160 = $14.95
- Orders $161 to $399 = $11.95
- Orders $400+ = Free
Track your order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an Australia Post tracking email.
You can also manage deliveries, request redirection and receive delivery updates using the Australia Post App.
Free Local Pickup in Caringbah, NSW
Free local pickup is available from our Caringbah warehouse.
Please allow at least 1 hour for order preparation before collecting your order.
Wait until you receive your collection confirmation email before attending.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order.
If your parcel is returned because of:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Failed delivery
- Uncollected parcel
additional postage charges will apply before your parcel can be resent.
If you notice an address error shortly after ordering, contact us immediately so we can assist before dispatch.
Once your parcel has been lodged, address updates may be possible through Australia Post depending on the parcel status.
Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, please:
- Lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
- Email us your Australia Post case number.
We'll happily assist throughout the investigation.
Damaged Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Leave all packaging intact.
- Do not dispose of the parcel or products.
- Photograph and video the damage immediately.
- Email us as soon as possible.
We'll lodge a claim with Australia Post on your behalf.
Australia Post will require you to present the damaged parcel at your local post office before the claim can be finalised.
Once approved, we'll arrange replacement products where applicable.
International Shipping To The United States
LAVILASH ships professional lash supplies worldwide, including the United States.
US orders are shipped via Australia Post.
To comply with current United States customs regulations, duties and taxes are calculated during checkout using Australia Post's international shipping partner.
This means:
- Duties are prepaid before delivery.
- Parcels are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP).
- No unexpected customs charges should be payable upon arrival.
- Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post and USPS.

LAVILASH ships internationally, including to the United States. International orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, and applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

Free warehouse pickup is available from our Caringbah, NSW warehouse. Please allow at least one hour for order preparation and wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before arriving.
If you know when you would like to book in your collection time, please contact as soon as possible.
You must have confirmed your pickup time before attending the warehouse as we aren't a store front.
If your parcel is lost, damaged or arrives with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll help you lodge an Australia Post investigation and guide you through the claims process where applicable.
