We’re committed to getting your professional lash supplies to you quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Whether you're ordering a lash extension kit in Australia, a restock of lash trays, or our bestselling eyelash extension adhesive, here’s what to expect
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post (recommended) or Couriers Please, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
SAME DAY DISPATCH:
Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day.

Need your lash adhesives shipped fast? Choose Express Post at checkout for priority with Australia Post once dispatched.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP (CARINGBAH, NSW)
- Allow a minimum of 1 hour processing time
- Contact us with your order number to confirm pickup
- You'll receive a confirmation email when ready (check junk/spam folders)
Need to collect your order urgently?
Select ‘Priority Processing’ at checkout and email us immediately with your order number so we can fast-track your pickup.

POSTAGE LIABILITY & DAMAGED ORDERS
Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, LAVILASH is no longer liable for lost or stolen items.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order.
- Missing a parcel? Lodge a claim directly with Australia, FIRST!
- Please send a detailed email to jade@lavilashwholesale.com to support this claim and so we can follow it up with Australia Post
- We will assist with the claims process where possible
If your package arrives damaged:
- Email us immediately with photos of packaging and contents
- DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PACKAGING OR CONTENTS
- You may be asked to visit your local Australia Post for a claims assessment
RETURNED PARCELS:
If your parcel is returned to us:
- We will contact you to arrange redelivery
- Additional shipping fees must be paid before reshipment
- If you entered the wrong address, update it ASAP by emailing us

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been lodged, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your parcel any time using the Australia Post tracking tool.
We recommend downloading the AusPost app for live delivery updates and redirection options.
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched same day.
Estimated delivery times from Australia Post (within Australia from Caringbah, NSW):
- Standard Parcel Post: 2–6 business days
- Express Post: 1–3 business days

- Regular Post over $120: FREE

Yes — we offer free shipping within Australia based on your order total:
- Regular Post: FREE on orders over $120
- Express Post: FREE on orders over $200
If you're located near Caringbah, NSW, you can also select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Please allow at least 1 hourfor processing, and wait for your collection confirmation email.
Yes. All international orders are shipped with Australia Post International and include tracking. Flat-rate pricing is applied at checkout based on your region.
