Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched on the next business day. During major sales and public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly extended.

Every parcel is shipped with Australia Post tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can monitor your delivery and manage redirection through the Australia Post App.

LAVILASH ships internationally, including to the United States. International orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking, and applicable duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

Free warehouse pickup is available from our Caringbah, NSW warehouse. Please allow at least one hour for order preparation and wait until you receive your pickup confirmation before arriving.
