Domestic Postage (Australia)

Dispatch times & order processing:

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with a live tracking number provided. You must enter a valid email and/or mobile number to your account for tracking updates.

Same day dispatch:

Same day dispatch applies to orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 12pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.

• Dispatch times can extend during peak sale periods and public holidays.
• Need your lash adhesives shipped fast? Choose Express Post at checkout for priority with Australia Post once dispatched.

Standard Post: 2 to 5 business days

Express Post: 1 to 3 business days

Timeframes are estimates only and can vary based on location and Australia Post network delays (aka busy holiday and sale periods). Once your tracking is updated, you'll receive a more accurate delivery date.

Australia shipping rates:

The following shipping rates are applied at checkout:

Standard Post: 2 to 5 business days

• Orders up to $160 = $11.95
• Orders $161+ = Free

Express Post: 1 to 3 business days

• Orders up to $160 = $13.95
• Orders $161 to $399 = $10.95
• Orders $400+ = Free

Tracking your order:

Once your order is lodged, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track or redirect delivery using the Australia Post app for more control.

Free local pickup is available at checkout

• Allow a minimum of 1 hour processing time
• Wait for your pickup confirmation email before arriving or send a text message to check status
  

Priority Processing:

Need to collect your order urgently?
Select ‘Priority Processing’ at checkout and email us with your order number so we can fast-track your pickup.

Priority Processing moves your order to the top of the packing queue. By selecting this option, it upgrades packing speed. This does NOT change Australia Post delivery times once lodged.

Sydney metro same day delivery:

LAVILASH is working on launching a same day delivery option for Sydney metro. Order cut off times will apply.

Address accuracy & returned parcels:

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order to avoid dispatch delays.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or unclaimed items, the following will apply:

• A new postage payment will be due before we can resent your order.
  

If you notice the address is incorrect, please email or call use as soon as possible so we can assist with a redirection.

If caught early enough, you will be able to update the delivery address within the Australia Post app once tracking has started. This will depend on the parcel status. Once your parcel is "out for delivery' redirection or address updates won't be possible.

Lost parcels, theft and delivery issues:

Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If tracking shows delivered and the parcel cannot be located, you will need to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post first. Email us directly with your claim number and details so we can support your case.

Damaged parcel, or items upon delivery:

If your parcel arrives damaged, causing items within your order to be broken, here's what you'll need to do:

• Keep the packaging and contents exactly how they are
• Do not dispose of the packaging or products
• Take as many pictures and/or videos of the parcel and email us immediately
• We will act on your behalf and lodge a dispute with Australia Post
• Due to high fraudulent activity, Australia Post will require you to go into a local post shop for an in person assessment of the damaged goods plus the dispute number we provide to you

After the assessment has been processed, we will proceed with fulfilling a replacement order.

International Shipping to the United States (Tariff & Duties Updated December 2025)

We ship to the United States with Australia Post.

United States customs regulations now require duties and taxes to be prepaid before parcels arrive in the US. To meet these requirements, LAVILASH works with Australia Post and their partner Zonos to process all duties and clearance fees on your behalf.

What this means for US customers:

• The shipping rate at checkout includes the estimated duties and clearance fees.

• Your parcel is sent as Delivered Duties Paid so you should not be asked to pay extra duties at delivery.

• Delivery time frames depend on Australia Post and the United States Postal Service and may vary during peak periods.

These rules apply only to orders shipped to the United States. Australian domestic orders are not affected.
