Returns Policy

REFUND AND EXCHANGE:

LaviLash Wholesale are more than happy to offer customers with the option of returning or exchanging items purchased within 7 days of receiving the goods on the condition that
1. The item/s is not cosmetic or adhesive in nature (due to sanitary reasons)
2. Products have not been opened or used
3. The customer has first contacted LaviLash Wholesale for return/exchange approval, no returned item/s will be refunded/exchanged otherwise (process details below)
4. Returned item/s for refund/exchange must be received in its original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged
If all steps are not met accordingly, all item/s returned will be immediately sent back to the customer.


ALL RETURNING PRODUCTS:

Cost of all returning postage and handling will be the responsibility of the customer unless in any case LaviLash Wholesale is at fault.

Refunds:
A refund for the cost of purchase for the item/s, less a restocking fee of 5% and any further shipping charges incurred by us on the original order will be issued directly to the credit card used for purchase. An email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed (may take up to seven days to process).

Exchanges:
The new item/s requested will be packaged and posted once any outstanding amount is paid. In the case that the new items are of lesser value than the returned goods a refund or credit note will be issued.


DAMAGED GOODS:
If your item/s is received damaged, faulty, or does not meet its description, please notify us by sending photos plus detailed descriptions to lavilashwholesale@gmail.com within 48 hours upon delivery. If the contents within the shipping parcel has been damaged, please maintain all postage packaging and the damaged goods. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY UNTIL AN ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN MADE. This is usually by presenting the damaged parcel to your local post office for inspection, or via detailed images through email directly to us.

If item(s) appear to be tampered with or damaged/fault has been caused by the customer, no refund/exchange will be permitted and the case will not be investigated any further.

 

CUSTOMER ERROR:
If, for any reason, an order is returned to LaviLash Wholesale due to customer error (incorrect address/details, etc) a 15% postage and handling fee will apply before you will receive your order. You will be notified and once payment is received we will immediately re-post your order.

ALL CLEARANCE AND SALE PRODUCTS:
No credit note, refund or exchange will be approved for any clearance, sale and/or discounted (discount coded) products.
