Sorry to hear you have had trouble with our lashes. Would you mind please getting in contact with us so we can help you to avoid this situation. All of our lashes are heat bonded at the bases without any added adhesives (crystallisation) during manufacturing. With this, our lashes maintain their rawest form for greater retention/magnetic attraction when applied correctly. As there is no added adhesives at their bases, it is advised you apply an even grip to your tweezers and pull towards your chest when removing from the sticker card. To avoid the occurrence you are experiencing, you should be dipping your lash fan base into your glue dot at 90 degrees to coat the entire lash base. By doing this, you will eliminate only the glue dot remaining on a client's natural lashes, unless they're chronic pickers or rough sleepers.
